Airwave with CNG

This is the 17th day since i collected my new Honda Airwave. The potential saving on CNG is pretty good, around 14km per S$1 (based on the price of S$1.3+ per kg at that time). The FC for AW is around 13-14 km/l if running on petrol. The saving is almost 50%!!!

The only problem now is that i am still running on petrol. The reason is that my CNG is down. Here is how the story goes...

Initially the CNG is running well, albeit the vibration from the engine when I stopped at traffic lights. But maybe my "backside itchy", i drove my car to the workshop for a tuning and that's where all the nightmare started...

The technician has actually changed 2 of the rubber pipes to the ECU without tuning as they do not have the equipments at the workshop at that time.

Lesson #1 - Never let the technician change any parts without doing tuning.

After the 1st visit, my engine stalls whenever I stopped at traffic light. You can see the rpm reading falls to 500 and then the engine vibrates till it dies off.

I have gone for 2nd visit but they couldn't manage to get it resolved. The workshop manager has arranged another session this coming Sat(5 Jul). They better get it up this time round, or else....
